Customers can reserve free pages for future use, of equal value, at any time.
If the final delivery fails to meet your expectations despite revisions, a refund will be processed with mutual agreement on a set percentage (only if the delivery deviates significantly from the agreed requirements).
While we strive for "On-Time Delivery," if we fail to meet the deadline and, after at least three attempts to contact us, it is determined that the delay was our fault, a refund will be processed upon documentary evidence.
